Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and seasonal events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@kindrootedgifts.co.uk with your order number, full name, and delivery address. We will look into it as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details. We cannot take responsibility for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Orders
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
